Return Policy

You may return any full-price item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

1. Email returns@re-gistered.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours to arrange collection.
3. Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Refund is processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, follow the same return process and indicate the desired exchange in your email. We will confirm availability and process your exchange.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will cover all return costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
